A single Focus

Delivering the Right Analysis

We work closely with the client to ensure that the analysis being chosen answers the clinical or biological questions that motivate. Our involvement can be at any stage of the analysis process and can help ensure the experimental design meets the most stringent scientific criteria. We have long experience of working closely with Clinicians and Biologists to ensure the work delivers.

Translational Biostatistics

We have many years of experience handling Clinical Trial data within Immune-Oncology and the Infectious Disease space. We offer a complete service to fully integrate clinical trial endpoint data and biomarker data. We help teams to extract the full benefit of their clinical trial data. Our analysts have full competency in a range of biostatistical techniques such as Kaplan-Meirs, cox proportional hazard models, multivariate regression etc.

Full Spectrum NGS Analysis

We can supply full analysis of sequence data from exome or RNA-Seq transcriptomic sequencing to 10x Single Cell Sequencing. All analysis is run on secure servers ensuring data integrity. A full Pipeline development service can be offered. Fully tested sequence analysis pipelines can be supplied to be run either on the client’s own in-house systems or AWS cloud based systems that can be provisioned for the client.

Analysis For BioTech.

For the past ten years our analysts have mostly worked on Biomarker data derived from clinical trials. This has been within Immune-Oncology and Infectious Disease settings. This experience has been gained within Biotech and top tier academic institutions.

To do this successfully we apply a variety of statistical and computational skills. We have a thorough understanding of  Machine Learning and its role in the analysis of biological data. Our analysts have contributed to many papers. Their software is also licensed and sold within the pharmaceutical industry.

Panbiomic is currently based in Oxford UK, but we handle a world wide client base.
